Discover the Ocean Sentinels at the Bribie Island Seaside Museum this summer!
The Ocean Sentinels exhibition encapsulates a captivating series of underwater sculptures by international artist Jason deCaires Taylor which blends human figures and marine elements to symbolise the fusion of art and science.
The exhibition showcases 3D printed replicas of the Ocean Sentinels. Each Sentinel honours a renowned marine scientist or conservationist, highlighting their significant contributions to reef protection.
The exhibition will be open and on display at the Bribie Island Seaside Museum from Saturday 8 November 2025 to Sunday 8 February 2026. Take some time this summer holidays to visit south east Queensland, and pop in and explore the display in a remarkable location of Bribie Island.

Exhibition opening
The exhibition opening will be held on Saturday 8th November with an exclusive visit and presentation by MOUA board member, teacher and artist, Kerrie Everett Horrocks.
The exhibition opening is a free event. Bookings are essential.
