Professor Peter L. Harrison is renowned for witnessing the first recorded mass coral spawning event at Geoffrey Bay on Magnetic Island and pioneered a revolutionary technique known as 'coral IVF' that is used to revitalise damaged reefs.

The 2.2 meter high limited edition concrete sculpture for sale is a copy of the original sculpture that is part of MOUA’s Ocean Sentinels underwater installation on the Great Barrier Reef by world famous artist Jason deCaires Taylor.
